Kippy Miller

Kippy Miller,  co-founder and co-owner of Kippy's world-famous Organic Non-Dairy Ice Cream. She opened her first shop in 2013 in Venice, California, with the mission of providing both a delicious and healthy ice cream option. Kippy's passion for the healing power of food drove the concept of her first shop, which offered great-tasting coconut ice cream made with five ingredients or fewer. It was the first ice cream shop in the United States to offer a product free from dairy, gluten, soy and refined sugar.

Kippy's gained national attention with the introduction of the "Ice Cream Cleanse," attracting trendsetters from across the country. The shop has been featured in major publications such as Huffington Post, Vice, and Vogue, becoming a viral sensation. As her healthy ice cream movement grew, Kippy realized it was time to expand. In 2016, she took her vision international by opening a second location in Tokyo, Japan.

Today, Kippy continues to build her worldwide brand and spread her message that food can be both healing and delicious.

Alex Regen

Alex Regen, co-founder and co-owner first discovered Kippy’s Coconut Creamery when he lived just around the corner from its shop in Venice, California, where he became a regular, drawn in by its unique, wholesome flavors. When the chance arose to join as a co-founder, he saw more than a business opportunity, he saw a chance to help revolutionize the frozen dessert industry with a treat that was both indulgent and genuinely nourishing.

Inspired by Kippy's vision of a dairy-free ice cream made from organic coconut cream, raw honey, and superfoods, Alex connected deeply with the brand’s commitment to clean, natural eating and sustainability. With his entrepreneurial mindset and passion for wellness, he recognized the growing demand for plant-based alternatives and set out to help make Kippy’s a leader in a movement toward better food and lifestyle choices, proving that dessert can be both decadent and good for you.
